The Irishman
The Irishman whiskey was created by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh, who founded Walsh Whiskey in 1999 after a successful business making Irish coffee liqueur. Their goal was to revive the quality of Irish whiskey from the "Golden Era" of the early 1900s by creating a range of premium, triple-distilled whiskeys. They initially sourced their whiskey from other distilleries, such as Bushmills, to build their brand before building their own distillery.
