Kingsbarns Distillery
Kingsbarns, near St Andrews in the Kingdom of Fife, is set in the heart of golf territory and Douglas Clement. A former caddie at Kingsbarns golf course used his contacts to raise the initial capital. The distillery was sold to the Wemyss family who have interests in bottling. The distillery, which is built in an old farmstead opened in 2014 and the first Whisky appeared in 2018.
