Daftmill
Daftmill is a new, tiny distillery based on a farm in Fife. Part of the Pitlair Estate, it sits in the fertile valley of the River Eden in the Parish of Collessie. The farm grows the barley which is used to create their exquisite Whisky. Their 2005 inaugural release saw only 629 bottles created, and the small capacity of the distillery makes all their releases incredibly collectable.
