The grapes used for this rose came from three select parcels in the Paso Robles appellation. The Low-yielding Grenache vines are the basis for the tightly focused expression of fruit in this wine - peach, strawberry and watermelon. Having received very gentle treatment in the cellar, from gentle pressing through cold fermentation, the color is brilliant pale salmon. Whether sipped poolside or paired with seafood, light pasta dishes or poultry, this is the perfect summer wine.
