Wine Description The Paladin Rosé of Pinot Grigio 2023 is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, which naturally develop a pinkish skin when fully ripe. The wine has an elegant copper colour with pink highlights. The nose offers a complex bouquet of notes including fresh pear, dried flowers, violets, and wild strawberry. On the palate, it is described as dry and refreshing, with flavours of raspberry, peach, and juicy strawberry fruit. It has a light and playful body with a long finish.
