Its Southern position and the soil rich of minerals create a complex wine with a brilliant straw colour, with a rich bouquet with floral tastes of citrus fruits and honey. The mineral taste is balanced, with a good structure. This type of wine is perfect if served in combination with fish dinners, sea food, and also smoked fish.
