Volans Seven Year Extra Anejo embodies our dedication to the art of traditionally made tequila and a deep respect for both the land and the agave. This limited edition was handcrafted using mature agaves from the highlands of Jalisco, aged in select American white oak bourbon barrels filled at 48%ABV, then finished for an additional year in French oak. After aging, the final blend was stabilized in stainless steel tanks for nearly six months and bottled at 42. 3% ABV.
