Established in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture, Tatenokawa Brewery has been dedicated to crafting premium sake since its inception. In 2010, it became the first brewery in Yamagata to specialize exclusively in Junmai Daiginjo sake, reflecting its commitment to quality and innovation. Sake Description This sake presents a clear, pristine appearance. On the nose, it offers subtle aromas of fresh pear and apple, accompanied by delicate floral notes. The palate is well-balanced, showcasing gentle fruit flavors with a touch of umami, leading to a smooth, clean finish. Crafted from 100% Dewasansan rice polished to 50%, it embodies a harmonious blend of mild sweetness and refreshing acidity.
