The vineyard practices are biological and biodynamic, using only natural products and demonstrating the utmost respect for the soil, the vine, and the environment. This 'outstanding wine' is made from 100% Chardonnay. It displays a pale yellow color with a brilliant sheen. The complex nose is both floral and fruity, offering scents of white lilac, white rose, sweet pear, peach, mandarin, and quince, which evolve toward notes of grilled hazelnut and almond. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich, and ample with a lively, sleek, and slightly oily texture. The flavour profile includes crushed stone, lemon curd, dried lime peel, and clementine sweetness.
