This elegant Chardonnay presents a luminous golden hue. The nose is greeted with aromas of lemon curd, star fruit, fresh-cut peach, and wet stone, complemented by subtle notes of satsuma mandarins and a hint of hazelnut. On the palate, it offers a focused mid-palate with refreshing acidity, characteristic of the estate's cool-climate vineyard. The wine is 100% Chardonnay, sourced exclusively from Sea Smoke Estate Vineyard, and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, 24% of which are new. It underwent native yeast fermentation and was bottled without fining or filtration.
