Wine Description: The 2022 Dilemma Chardonnay is crafted exclusively from estate-grown fruit sourced from Margaret's Bench, a high-elevation vineyard known for its cooler climate. This wine presents a harmonious blend of richness and elegance. On the nose, it offers inviting aromas of brioche, nougat, and honeyed floral notes. The palate reveals flavours of apricot, ripe orange, and warm butter, balanced by the freshness characteristic of Culmina's terroir. Aging in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels, along with stainless steel, imparts subtle vanilla bean nuances and a creamy texture, culminating in a long, savoury finish.
