The steep, north to southeast-facing slopes are composed of decomposed volcanic soils, contributing to the wine's distinctive character. The surrounding conifer forest imparts additional complexity, resulting in a wine that harmoniously balances depth, power, and elegance. Tasting Notes Color: Dark ruby with purple reflections, brightening at the rim. Nose: Fine oak, dark forest berry fruit, hints of dark minerality, cherry-cassis nuances, and a touch of tobacco.
