The name BLACK refers to the color of the blind tasting glasses used by the cellar master.
DEAU BLACK EXTRA is a blend of eaux-de-vie, primarily from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. This cognac reveals floral notes of iris, violet, honeysuckle, and orange blossom on the nose.
On the palate, there is a lot of length and roundness with some buttery notes and dried apricot. . .
Enjoy it straight on crushed ice, or with tonic water, fruit juice, soda, etc.
