Excellent Cassis and very fast delivery!

We use Cassis for a variation on the French 75, which we call the Bama 75. Omit simple syrup; add a dollop of cassis after all the rest is done. Delicious and beautiful, as the Cassis remains settled at the bottom of the glass.
