Noe is a 30 year old Pedro Ximenez. As a result of drying of the PX grape Noe shows an intense ebony color, nearly opaque with dense legs due to the high sugar content. On the nose aromas of mature fruit such as figs, coffee and spice. On the palate sweet and silky with surprising freshness. Noe is a dessert wine great with vanilla ice cream and acidic fruits. However, it is also great to be enjoyed on its own. Serve slightly chilled.
