The Shiraz grapes were harvested from vineyards in Padthaway and Wrattonbully in South Australia. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were picked from vineyards in Australia’s legendary Coonawarra region. Wine maker notes Vineyard parcels were fermented separately in small, upright static and roto fermenters. The wine was pressed off the skins, racked and then aged in oak barrels.
Producer Greg Norman’s passion for fine wine became the genesis of Greg Norman Estates - a collection of wines produced from some of the finest growing regions in Australia and California.
