Using our Frozen Falls rye vodka as a base, we’ve developed a unique flavor profile that highlights the piney characteristics of juniper berry with our unique blend of ten other botanicals. Producer Honeoye Falls Distillery was founded in the summer of 2013 over a glass of rye whiskey. Just a short drive from Rochester, NY, the small, picturesque town of Honeoye Falls was the ideal location for a New York State Farm Distillery. Through our partnerships with dedicated guardians of our local bounty, HFD proudly crafts unique, high quality spirits that showcase the rich agricultural history of our region. In 2016, the doors were opened to the Tasting Room - our onsite craft cocktail lounge and kitchen. Here, we serve both creative and classic dishes made by our award-winning staff, using only the freshest selections from our region’s local harvest.
