DOMINI PLUS is a very limited edition wine and is produced strictly in exceptional vintages. Grapes come from 10 acres in the Douro Superior region of northern Portugal. The well-drained soil is composed chiefly of schist, and vines average 20 years in age. Wine maker notes Traditional fermentation is carried out with full skin contact at a controlled temperature of approximately 82ºF. The resulting wine spends 12 months in new French oak casks before bottling and release. Bottled in October.
