Our Mash Bill consists of 75% Corn, 21% Rye and 4% Barley Malt, high quality natural ingredients. We then transport our Bourbon to South Carolina where we proof it down with distilled water to 90% and apply a unique refining method using ultrasound and oxidation. The process is called TerraPure and in short, delivers an extremely smooth product which compares to the character of much older barrel aged bourbon whiskies.
