Bottega Vinaia is an exceptional line of artisan wines designed to demonstrate the optimum potential and reflect the authentic qualities of the terroir in northern Italy’s Trentino region. Originating from a select group of family-owned, single vineyard sites in Trentino’s Valle dei Laghi (Valley of Lakes), this limited-production, estate-bottled range is characterized by the highly expressive aromas and intense flavors that are a hallmark of this region.
Wine maker notes
Grapes are handpicked and vinified on site. Musts are obtained from a gentle pressing, and fermentation conducted using selected yeasts at controlled temperatures of 68° to 72° F. Fining and clarification occur in stainless steel tanks, followed by stabilization and bottling in cold, sterile conditions.
