Opici Rubico is a special blend of Tuscan grape varietals that was created as an affordable alternative to the more expensive wines of the region. Rubico is similar to Chianti, but the Opicis have crafted it to be a bit softer, rounder and more approachable. The straw “Fiasco” pays tribute to the traditions of Tuscan winemaking. This is a wine for everyday consumption and is best enjoyed young and fresh.
