FarmStock Rye Crop No. 002 is the second blend of our limited edition annual FarmStock estate release. It is the latest of our products showing farm-based innovation and the next step in achieving WhistlePig FarmStock's 100% Triple Terroir vision - whiskey distilled from our grain, proofed with our water and aged in our custom Vermont White Oak. The FarmStock Rye Crop 002 blend was crowdsourced from bartenders, influencers, and consumers from around the United States. The final blend is composed of 32% 2-year aged Triple Terroir whiskey made entirely from Rye, water and wood from the WhistlePig farm (up from 20% 1 year Triple Terroir Whiskey in Rye Crop no. 001), 45% 6-year aged whiskey from MPGI in Indiana and 23% 10-year aged whiskey from Alberta Distillers in Canada. Rye Crop 002 marries the untamed contours and boldness of WhistlePig's young estate whiskey with the richness and complexity of aged ryes.
A fresh FarmStock twist on the East Side. Bruise leaves and add to tin. Add all wet ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a Borage Flower.

WhistlePig Whiskey is located on one of the oldest farms in Vermont. Cultivation began here in the early 19th century in what was then known as the hamlet Shaksboro. Steam engines replaced the lifeblood of the town a grist and lumber mill powered by the Lemon Fair River - which still meanders through farm - and the town slowly dissipated until vanishing entirely in the 1930's. The farm remained in operation until 2006 when it was purchased and renamed by WhistlePig's founder Raj Peter Bhakta. WhistlePig Farm is being lovingly restored, a slow and painstaking process, in order to ensure that we produce the finest rye whiskey in the world.
WhistlePig's Master Distiller, Dave Pickerell, a luminary in the world of whiskey, is one of the nation's preeminent master distillers. Before joining WhistlePig, Dave spent 14 years as Maker's Mark Master Distiller in Loretto, Kentucky. However, he has since joined the WhistlePig team in order to create what he regards as his magnum opus: WhistlePig 100% Straight Rye Whiskey. To this end, we are proud to report that our first whiskey, a 10yr old Straight Rye Whiskey, was awarded by Wine Enthusiast its highest ever rating for rye whiskey at 96 pts.
