This expression has been matured in a single, first fill Sherry butt before being bottled at a natural cask strength of 54. 2% ABV. One of 363 bottles. Official Tasting Notes Nose - Sherry aromas come together in balance with sticky toffee apple and candied orange. Stewed prunes, sultanas and dates in perfect harmony with woody and leather nuances. Taste - Rich and mouth-coating. Candied orange, lemon peel, dark chocolate, and treacle. Red apple flavours complement notes of hazelnut and walnut with fresh baked panet tone flavours. Finish - Drying nutty tones on the finish with lingering citrus highlights.
