Vanilla aromas combine with crystallised ginger and hints of lime. Creamy, mouth-warming spice transforms into flavours of sugared red apple and woody spice. Fruity notes linger on the finish. Bottled at cask strength of 58. 5% ABV. Supplier Tasting Notes Aroma - Hints of aromatic kaffir lime add a zesty freshness to a pronounced sweetness - apricot jam, peaches in syrup, and brandy snaps. Spicy ginger and toasted malt aromas develop over a vanilla toffee undertone. Taste - Thick and mouth-coating; warming ginger spice with woody undertones complement sugared red apples. Finish - Medium-bodied finish with lingering fruity notes.
