All orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Overnight orders placed Thursday will ship Friday and arrive Monday.
Delivery requires proof of age (21+) and signature upon receipt.
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns on alcohol per health regulations. Once an order is confirmed and paid, fulfillment begins immediately and orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or held.
Damaged Items — If your bottle arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund. We may request return of the damaged item.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments — If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a credit will be issued less shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
